Description
The Thermofinder FS700 non-contact thermometer is a non-invasive infrared thermometer by which one can take accurate temperature measurements without touching the other person. It enables taking the temperature readings in an infection control friendly way and without disturbing the patient.
Unlike the tympanic ear thermometers, it does not come in contact with the patient thus there are even no probe covers to replace. This also results in saving of money.
The Thermofinder non-contact thermometer offers two functions -
(1) Taking body temperature; simply point towards patient's temporal artery ( approx. 2 - 3 cm away) and press the start button to take a reading.
(2) Ambient/Surface temperature; allows the reading of air temperature and surface temperature (bath water, baby’s feeding bottles).
The response time is less than 2 seconds and the readings are available in °C (centigrade) or °F (fahrenheit).

Backlit display allows to measure and view the readings in dark whilst the patient is asleep.
Memory capacity of 32 readings
Auto shut off after 60 seconds saves battery life.
Supplied with 2x AAA batteries.
