Zelaffin is a sterile wide-mesh net dressing impregnated with soft paraffin.
Non medicated Tulle Gras dressing
Can be used in treatment of burns, ulcers and a variety of traumatic injuries.
Non-adherent and non absorbent dressing; ideal for use as a primary dressing directly over the wound.
The wide mesh net design facilitates air flow and passing of the exudate to the secondary dressing without sticking to the wound.
Each dressing is sterile and individually packed.
